
Alexandra Slick is the Program Manager at the National Medal of Honor Center for Leadership, where she designs and delivers immersive programs that inspire character-driven leadership grounded in the Medal of Honor values. She brings a strong background in experiential education, operations and strategic communication to her role.
Before joining the Center for Leadership, Alexandra worked in faculty engagement and program coordination in the Teaching & Learning department at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and led group sales and marketing at River & Trail Outfitters, where she specialized in building partnerships and creating meaningful outdoor experiences. She holds a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore and is passionate about helping individuals and organizations navigate challenges with clarity and purpose. In her spare time, Alexandra can be found making modern quilts — combining bold design with timeless craft.
