Napoleon is currently working for The Las Vegas Sands Corp. as their Director of Community Development. He has been involved with the Las Vegas Super Bowl Community Advisory Committee, The Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Andson Foundation (Provides tutoring and financial literacy programs to Clark County School District), Las Vegas College Football Bowl Committee, Las Vegas Urban League, Hope for Prisoners Advisory Council and the Superintendent’s Opportunity Advisory Council for the Clark County School District.  He has been heavily involved in the leadership of various Las Vegas community organizations such as Urban Chamber of Commerce, Imagines School 100 Academy of Excellence where he served as Board Chairman for each.

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Napoleon served 5 years as an officer in the Navy.  During his college football career, he was a 2-time Consensus All-American and set an NCAA record with 7,172 career all-purpose yards. Drafted by the Raiders in 1986 he played in the NFL for 6 years until a career ending knee injury.

Napoleon McCallum with his Wife Yvonne and four girls Breanna, Cheyenne, Sierah and Jasmine reside in Henderson, Nevada.
