Tommy Pruitt is a seasoned Human Resources, Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs executive.  His career spans success in building and sustaining operations in the US and internationally in industries including Textiles, Automotive Manufacturing and Aerospace/Defense. 

In his current role, Mr. Pruitt serves as the Senior Director, People and Strategic Engagement and Corporate Secretary for Terma Inc. a US organization of the parent company Terma A/S based in Denmark. Terma delivers advanced technologies to keep people safe on land, at sea, in the air or in space.

Tommy has long supported Veterans and Veteran causes.  He has supported and engaged with Medal of Honor Recipients in various capacities for over 15 years to further the mission and message of the Medal of Honor and its Recipients.  He also has provided long time support for Fisher House Foundation’s annual golf classic and is a Board Member for Purple Heart Homes and other Veterans organizations. He also serves as an advisory board member for Seton Hall’s Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times program.   

Mr. Pruitt is originally from Columbia, SC and has resided in other areas in South Carolina including Summerville, Rock Hill and Florence. He is a graduate of Limestone University in Gaffney, SC.  Mr. Pruitt currently resides in Macon, GA with his wife Jan. They have three grown children and two grandchildren.
